I don't need guided imagery, I just need this man to talk to me every night before I go to bed. The ultimate tuck in.

His process really works. I excerpted a 20 min segment, converted it to MP3 format, loaded it on my mp3 player in repeat mode, and sleep improved.

I can’t thank the lecturer, Dr Rossman, the channel and the broadcasting staff for such valuable lectures that summarize hundreds and thousands of hard work and knowledge. I have worried myself sick. I read one of his books years ago and it was really good and so were his meditations. I have been studying some other work, but this lecture is validating everything. So it’s come full circle. God bless the people who have dedicated their lives to studying this, and helping people with it.

I'm in the process of discovering how to deal with my chronic pain syndrome and this lecture is pure gold. As an ACES survivor, I've reached the level of acceptance of the causes of it; now my task is to be able to eliminate/change how I perceive and process stress. I have lived my entire life, all 73 years of it, in a state of constant stress. When I didn't have enough of it, I'd manufacture it--I am clearly an addict but I do see a path out. I know this isn't an easy task but if I want to rid myself of this horrible constant pain, I must be willing to do the work. And, at 73, if not now when...

My personal Stress Relief Mechanism is the use of nature such as the following:
Watching Clouds as they Drift aimlessly, and The Changing shapes in the process! - Watching the water waves as they Wash the Shores! - Watch and listen as the wind flutters the leaves in the trees! - Listen as the Raindrops play their un rhythmic pattern on the roof, umbrella, tent etc., and while enjoying these pursuits stretch out, and envision, all stress in your body, draining from your head through your neck, shoulders arms legs fingers and toes out to the surrounding area any item used in daily life creates a rhythm and our bodies pick up and emulate that rhythm, and this method of stress relief, changes our body rhythm muchlike an automobile transmission, we slow things down! IN MY OPINION!

BINGO!!! This lecture has given me a better understanding of my nemesis, stress, which is the driver of my chronic pain syndrome. I have had, as an ACEs child, Type 2 stress. My pain neurotags go off and running on their own. This is giving me practices and tools to better manage this stress.
