Did your Homeowners Insurance Claim get Denied?

Denied Homeowners Insurance Claims are common in the property damage world.
Here are some of the most common denied home insurance claims:

1. Roof Damage Claim Denied

2. Cast Iron Pipe Damage Claim Denied

3. Water Damage Insurance Claim Denied

4. Fire Damage Insurance Claim Denied

5. Hurricane Damage Claim Denied

The insurance company sometimes denies your claim based on nothing to do with your claim. For example, they may deny your claim if it's later in the year and they paid a lot of claims in the early part of the year.

What can you do about a Denied Homeowners Insurance Claim ?

There are many things you can do but most important you have to FIGHT the insurance company. You just can't walk away from a home insurance claim that was denied because the insurance company told you.

Once you decide to fight the claim, call a good public adjuster.

If you hire a good public adjuster they will come forth with a plan on how to make an argument to help get your claim paid.

If you have a denied homeowners insurance claim give me a call. I will see if I can help you.

My elderly mom was sold a single family home insurance policy without loss assessment. She lives in an attached home (attached to one other unit). She should have been sold an H06 policy. The HOA send her a loss assessment for $14, 600 because they said that everyone had to get a new roof because of a bad storm. Is there any way to fight this with the insurance here in Colorado? I am in the midst of writing a leater to the office of the president to try and get the appeal denial reversed. Thanks for your help!

I’ve used a Public Adjusters firm and they have helped. However; there is also damage to my health as a result of the delay it took to get insurance company’s attention. They helped immensely as far as the damage to my home. However; they can’t help me in my state with what I see as a criminal element in the denial because their lawyers can’t do criminal aspects of the case in my state. My health has been severely impacted because of the insurance company’s bad faith. Where can I go for help? Can a public adjuster who can practice in my state (Georgia) that the bad faith aspect of my case in Georgia.

Universal property insurance just sent me a low estimate to repair my roof. I'm in Jacksonville FL. I have a new roofing company that recently came out and found creases in my shingles and said that the roof can't be repaired, it has to be replaced. New photos and a video of the shingles were sent showing the creases. The adjuster hasn't responded to any of my emails or phone calls. A supervisor is suppose to be calling me tomorrow. Need to know what are my options if they don't wanna send an adjuster back out. I think they are waiting for hurricane damage so that they can have me pay a higher deductible.
