I have a claim denied from Allstate, I have wind damage, the insurance were agreed that there’s damage on the roof, they only approved for 20 shingles for a repair only but the shingles are discontinued plus is not repairable because the roofer in front of the insurance adjuster tried to make a repair and there was a creased on the shingles, still they said they won’t paid the whole roof. I have a Public adjuster working here but I haven’t hear anything from him, he only said my case is hard just because the insurance company don’t wants to pay my roof damages.

I had two inspections and they both denied the claim with the first contractor that told me I had hail damage. A second contractor, a year later, told me I had hail damage also... I'm at a loss as far as what to do next...
