Once your doctor gives you a go ahead, your babys head is engaged, these deep squats helps make place for your baby. Deep squats help open up your pelvic floor post 37 weeks to allow your baby to move lower. Hold a bar, sturdy bed or your partners hands, keep your legs shoulder width apart and slowly move down and up. If you have been Exercising, it will be easier. If not start slow with half squats. If you feel a lot of pressure on your knees do half squats. Practice these three to four times a day at least 3 sets of 15 counts each set and hold for 15 counts.
