Rahm, who usually hits a slight cut, uses this to hit a high draw. One of the main reasons it works is that moving the club head back closes the shoulders slightly, helping to create a more in-to-out club path that combines with the slightly more closed club face. Chris Ryan explains this tip really well. I've used the idea, combined with aligning the ball with the toe rather than center of the driver face, in my last 2 comp rounds and have much better predictability and consistency.

I used this on the range this last weekend....IT WORKS takes a bit of trial and error to get the right distance back but once you start getting it, it works like a champ

Tried it yesterday in a game without practicing first. I can say it works very well, no worries about a slice and much better flight height.

I made the mistake of watching some of these out of sync . . . . tried this along with another tip after watching but not fully paying attention, the results were amazing . . . now playing catch-up to understand why!! Like the separate channel as I will come back to these tips

One video you say to line up driver on the toe for centrifugal force and 2 clubheads back. Now you'r clubhead centered and 10" back to hit ball on upswing.
