My insurance wanted $250 copay for ivermectin cream 1%, small tube. I saw your video about using OTC ivermectin cream 0.5% for lice. I use it twice a day, and immediately my pustules stopped appearing and my face is quite a bit better.
And it only cost $30!

please do more skin care routines for perioral dermatitis, it feels like I can't use anything that is recommended to stop aging and clear sun spots. sometimes I can't even put on sunscreen and I'm afraid of what my skin will look like in the future =(

Love Ivermectin. Got it from my Derm. Game changer for my mild/mid Rosacea with pustules.

I got an rx from my Derm for Rosiver which is 1% ivermectin. It helped hugely with the rosacea pustules mostly, and a bit with the redness. The pustules never came back. It’s a great treatment. But if you add Azelaic acid in the morning and do a round of IPL for the redness, these three will do wonders on the rosacea redness. The IPL also helps a ton with signs of sun damage. Pro tip - pay a bit extra and have them do your chest in addition to the face. It’s often a small add on but hugely worth it to remove sun damage and redness in that area.

That second picture is rosacea too? I am similarly dark skinned and i was dealing with that until regular ketoconazole shampoo use, hormone control, tea tree terpinoid foam, and azelaic acid cleared it up. I was never told that is what it might be because topical ivermectin, soolantra, finacea, metronidazole and oral equivalentz....anything would probably have cleared things up faster.

I used the alcohol hand sanitizer on my face for a few days when I had this. It never came back I guess the Demodex didn't survive the hand sanitizer.

She's absolutely right, this thing vanishes away my lifelong rocesea in two days, only catch is that the cream is very thick (my dermat gave me) and it has to be used for a while for rosacea to permanently go away. That reminds me, I have skipped using it for a month now and been crying about my red face all the time.
