"Level Requirement" is not what you want to look at though.
"Item Level" is what determine the roll range on your item and if a certain prefix or suffix can even roll on a specific item, not the level requirement.
Very important distinction to take note of.
There are items, like for example rings, that can have a level 20 required level, but be of an Item Level of 60+, which means the rolls on that ring could be extremely powerful compared to another ring with the same "level requirement"..

1:50 no you wouldn't wanna chose this ring. Because of the item level. Higher item level can craft way bigger rolls. Let's say you hit that roll on another lightning resistance roll. That would give you 15+ on an item level 23 ring. Ending up with 42 Lightning resistance overall. This ring cannot go above. Now do it on a item level 25 ring or higher, you can end up with anything from 52 up to 72!

Also if you gonna do the trick at 2:18! please do not mix in an item level 70 with the lower one

Vaal orbs can completely brick items. Example, it could totaly change the stats on the items to completely different stats. You should only use vaal orbs if you can afford to take the risk.

For Artificers orbs, it helps to go back to act 1 and 2 vendors to buy socketed gear at a fraction of the price

Just a quick note in case no one else already said it. To get the free fire resistance from the campaign, it does not come from Candlemass, it comes from Blackjaw in Act 3 - Jiquani's Machinarium. You'll need to find an extra soul key to unlock his boss room. He's also a fun boss :)

Monk in campaign and just got 1/2 through A3.

Thank you for the guide, sir. It is very useful for newcomes and I already sent to a friend of mine. I only wanted to add something that you missed on the video. The low roll on a given stat (i.e. 61 out of 70 maximum possible health) is not the only consideration. The Tier of it is very important. So a T6 health upgrade like the one u got, even in a low roll, will be in result more health points than a T4 high roll. And that applies for almost any possible rolls, taking out the ones that can only appear in T1 (i.e. fire an additional projectile). Cheers!

You seem to gloss over the importance if the hidden item level stat when using the reforging bench. The item level result is always equal to the lowest item level of the imputs, and lower item levels can't get the higher stats that you generally need at endgame. Generally speaking, most endgame viable crafting bases will be level 70+ for self crafting, and even higher if you plan on selling them to others, since most of the high tier mods you will want require level 70+ to be able to roll.
