Tip: Instead of lava, use fall damge or dripstone for the killing. Since enchanted diamond Pickaxes are a bit harder to come by, it would be easier if you had a recollection system.

to save you all time, if your in creative just have command blocks that fill in each layer. however this is a good survival alternative.
