At that point, you can actually pass your hard farming clash of clan account to your grandchildren and said " hey, grandson, this is grandpa's game account, you need to spend 30 years to get this 75 town hall, now it's time for you to inherit my property, I hope you passing this account to your grandchildren while you get 140 town hall"
