She made her own lease after he signed the original lease. Perhaps she thought she could get away with her con and the plaintiff wouldn't pursue the matter. If that's what she did, it's giving landlords a bad name. Actually, she creeps me out a little.

To those who say JJ has no soul: That's the ONLY way to remain objective and fair. Many people are in jail because of screwed-up witnesses providing false information (like this woman).

OMG, I looked him up. He SHOT and KILLED his longtime girlfriend in 2002 and was sentenced to 15 years in prison for murder!!

Guy may be a creep but she’s the one that made a legal binding agreement, and now it looks as if she forged a lease? This looks like a good legal case for JJ to rule over and not some issue about a father, his lazy son and a dog… oh by the way how did that turn out ?
