share my self care night routine as a living alone here in my temporary Japanese serviced apartment. It’s officially spring season and the weather started to change sometimes hot and sometimes rainy. I enjoy the rainy day this time. The next day, I went to park to take a walk and supermarket to buy groceries. I’m adjusting into different city and different apartment. But I’m hoping to love my new apartment and place soon.

I’m glad you took my advice, and others, regarding the eggs though you don’t need to add any ice. The idea is the cold water helps the inner membrane of the egg to detach from the edible part. I love the ginger shots - I prepare it each week and put in a jar (not boiling, just mix lemons and ginger in a blender, with some honey) and I add 2-3 times per day a spoon with warm water.
