potato pancakes.
a very popular dish in Germany and Belarus :)
to prepare the dough for potato pancakes, you will need several peeled raw potatoes.
raw peeled potatoes should be grated on a fine grater into a mush.
(if the grated potato porridge has a lot of juice, you can put it on a fine sieve and let the liquid drain a little.)
take one onion, and grate it on a grater into a mush in the same way.
mix the onion porridge and the grated raw potato porridge into one mass.
add one spoon of potato starch and stir.

add salt.

fry the pancakes in a large amount of vegetable oil or lard.
