nothing debatable about what you said, yet the N8 comes out with Symbian 3 yet to be tested in the real world on a nokia touch screen !

Only Nokias high end phones will switch to Meego, Symbian will still live on on the mid-range nokia phones.

Nope, Nokia will still be using Symbian. There is even a Symbian 4 coming later this year.

They also have an OS called MeeGo coming out for the very high end devices. After N8 all the N-series phones will use that.

There is something you don't see on the video, nothing is smooth on the N8: Every moves on the screen (sliding, zooming, moving a box, ...) are not really "moving" but are just flickering. This phone is way underpowered, and this is no wonder since the CPU is "just" 3 generation late compare to the other new high-end smartphone. So, the N8 can maybe do many things the iPhone can't, but the N8 is just not able to do the basics properly. This is not an iPhone killer.

@chriscem just because the spec sheet doesnt say snap dragon and 4 inch screen on it with amoled doesnt mean its not good which everyone should know by now. the iphone never ends up having the best lookin spec sheet but it always runs the best. andoird always has the most attractive spec sheet but doesnt always run as well as it should. nokia is another one of those companies that doesnt need an amazing spec sheet to make a good phone

Vid still buffering - may have more to say after I watch it ... NEway AFAIK there's no other phone that has a 1/1.8" 12MP sensor (huge, even by compact camera standards); USB on-the-go; dual-screen capability with HD video and surround sound through HDMI; plus the very handy size (there is such thing as a too-bit screen), style and build quality of the N8.

Yeah, I'm a bit of a Nokia fan, but honestly is there anything else that combines these features, aside from a notebook PC?
