One leg stand 40 seconds, breath 36 seconds, holding weight 31 seconds. 74 year old female… not particularly sporty but I walk everywhere, do yoga and Pilates twice a week and stay slim with healthy eating mostly. No medication. 🙂

Well I have emphysema but I did about 18 seconds before I had to breathe. I probably could have held a couple more seconds.

Thanks Vince. Single leg stand = 38 seconds Breath test: 20 seconds so I guess I need work. Not bad for 63 year old.
