They're here and they're benevolent. It's just that they know we aren't ready for public contact yet. They only contact isolated individuals that are ready.

I truly believe that life, or at least intelligent life is rare.

Earth might be second generation planet because of early Jupiter's migration/etc and or we've yet to find similar solar system to ours
and or life might have been created due to luck, or pure chance with getting proto molecules to come together in right way at right time to create life.

Yes. They are real and are watching over us. Many of them ( part of an Intergalactic federation ) are kind and benevolent. Once we have evolved and matured more in Consciousness and become more loving, kind, compassionate, open minded, tolerant, forgiving and peaceful of each other here on Earth ( stopped fighting with each other ) then they will appear for all to see.
