1.5 cups (360 g) lite coconut milk or milk of choice
1/2 cup (70 g) frozen wild blueberries
1-2 Tbsp (30 g) maple syrup (more to taste)
1 Tbsp lemon zest (from one organic lemon)
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup (60 g) chia seeds

Any health practitioners who know how and also USE food for preventative maintenance and to heal conditions will know the value of this recipe, by using the BLEND, you are using a whole food, not just getting the colour or "essence" out of something your using the whole food, which is what vegan food should be plant-based whole foods. Great Job, you know blueberries increased the memory in older adults, I just forget to keep taking them :). I used the notes and made the nut milk from whole food nut butter, I never understood why vegans made nut milks which were nothing but white coloured water (all the goodness thrown away) at least now the awareness is there and you can make a nut milk with the healthy fats and as a whole food.

Nice Ela, however, were those chia seeds ground 🤔 I would grind them else the nutritional benefit is lost as they will straight through 😖 Nice recipe to try as ever, but I'll grind the chia and that may help the mix set too. Keep it all coming please 🤗

Oi, gostei da receita mas por ser diabética, preciso tirar o xarope....ele é mesmo necessário? Posso usar adoçante Stévia, Xylitol ou Eritritol? Obrigada
