I wish I could lose the weight in 3 months but knowing we gained the same amount of weight and it took a year for you is definitely setting the correct expectations

U've become my fave youtuber I love that ur a stay at home mum, I am too and I don't think society values this enough. We are pressured to work, be a great mum, keep a perfect house, look awsome, be fit and healthy, it's all a bit much. I'm lovin ur channel, u look amazing!

I’m currently 8 months pregnant !
Before getting pregnant I was half way my fitness journey and I paused it due to my pregnancy (which I would do it over again to have my babygirl) I can’t wait to go back to the gym strong! I’m currently still going to the gym doing elliptical and incline walking but I can’t wait to be back 1000% you are such an inspiration!!!

I’m 4 months post partum and only lost 6 pounds and am feeling discouraged. Hearing you say it took you a year puts some ease in my. I’ll just keep dosing what I’m doing…

I'm 8 months postpartum and I currently weigh the most I ever have (180lb). I brought up wanting to lose weight to feel more confident to my significant other and instead of encouraging me and building me up, he told me that going to the gym and working out and such won't help me feel better about myself. All I wanted was his support but instead be brought me down and told me I'll never love myself.
Now that my anxiety attack is out of the way, I'm going to begin proving him wrong.

what do you eat in a week + more pp exercises not too heavy on the knees bc mine are just crying if i see any squats or jumping or anything with knees😂😂😂😂

I’m getting cleared tomorrow to go back into the gym after having my baby! I’m used to lifting heavy and am so nervous to go back.
