How I Lost My Baby Weight in 6 Months- Workout & Meal Recipes Included!

A lot of people have asked me, Nora, how I lost my baby weight so quickly. Well, let me tell you it was a lot of work, and it took a lot of discipline. It was definitely worth it though, and I share my tips with you all. I am not a healthcare/fitness professional but this method helped me lose around 55 pounds post pregnancy.

If you have a yoga mat at home, set it up anywhere you'd like and get that 15-20 min workout in. You can alternate some of the workouts I mentioned with your own like squats, lunges, etc. Believe it or not it's better than nothing. When your baby is napping try getting that in and trust me you won't regret, especially when you start seeing results.
Here are some of my go to meals that I alternate.
Omelette:
2 eggs, spinach, mushroom, onions, cheddar cheese freshly grated with thyme.
smoothing: spinach, chia seads, kale, blueberry, rasberry, blackberry, cucumber with water or sometimes coconut water.
Salmon: Finely chop dill, parsley, cilantro and green onions. Add lemon, olive oil, dijon mustard with some salt and pepper.
As a side to the salmon you can drizzle some olive oil on asparagus and pop it in the oven and it can cook the same time the salmon is cooking.
For chicken, I buy chicken breast and pan sear it. After it's done searing I add a teaspoon of pesto sauce and add the zucchini noodles. The noodles cook real quick so add it towards the end.
