How I Lost My Baby Weight in 6 Months- Workout & Meal Recipes Included!

A lot of people have asked me, Nora, how I lost my baby weight so quickly. Well, let me tell you it was a lot of work, and it took a lot of discipline. It was definitely worth it though, and I share my tips with you all. I am not a healthcare/fitness professional but this method helped me lose around 55 pounds post pregnancy.

If you have a yoga mat at home, set it up anywhere you'd like and get that 15-20 min workout in. You can alternate some of the workouts I mentioned with your own like squats, lunges, etc. Believe it or not it's better than nothing. When your baby is napping try getting that in and trust me you won't regret, especially when you start seeing results.

Here are some of my go to meals that I alternate.

Omelette:
2 eggs, spinach, mushroom, onions, cheddar cheese freshly grated with thyme.

smoothing: spinach, chia seads, kale, blueberry, rasberry, blackberry, cucumber with water or sometimes coconut water.

Salmon: Finely chop dill, parsley, cilantro and green onions. Add lemon, olive oil, dijon mustard with some salt and pepper.

As a side to the salmon you can drizzle some olive oil on asparagus and pop it in the oven and it can cook the same time the salmon is cooking.

For chicken, I buy chicken breast and pan sear it. After it's done searing I add a teaspoon of pesto sauce and add the zucchini noodles. The noodles cook real quick so add it towards the end.

The Keto diet consist of high fat, moderate protein and very low carb.

Great low carb bread replacement: Sami's Bakery low carb 7 grain fiber bread. I purchase it at my local health food store, but you can also purchase it online.

Great video... Just an FYI, cellulose is fine for you. If you think it’s bad for you, you’d have to stop eating every fruit and vegetable, because they’re all made of cellulose, aka fiber. Cellulose is the “bulk” in them that makes you feel full. Humans can’t digest cellulose, hence why eating yummy fruits and vegetables helps us stay “regular”. I don’t buy shredded cheese because of the fillers they use to prevent clumping, but cellulose is totally normal. You look amazing and so do the recipes!

You look phenomenal! 💜 🔥 *Tip: I bought one of those exercise abdominal wrap bands that make you sweat and I wore it daily especially when working out and I noticed a crazy decrease of belly fat.* Ya know- that annoying stomach pouch that’s so hard to get rid of?! Lol! It worked so well at targeting that area of fat. I’m a year pp and I still wear it while working out. I added thigh wraps as well and man o man, it works so good!
