Skip the scooping and make your chocolate chip cookies in a pan instead! These thick and chewy chocolate chip cookie bars are an easy-to-make (one bowl!) treat loaded with walnuts and chocolate chips. The perfect fix for that chocolate chip cookie craving. 🍪😋

Pan size:
13" x 9" x 2" (33cm x 22.8cm x 5cm) sheet pan

INGREDIENTS
8 ounces (225g) softened cream cheese
½ cup (115g) unsalted butter at room temperature
1 ½ to 2 cups (300-400g) granulated erythritol
2 teaspoons (8mL) vanilla extract
5 large eggs at room temperature
1 cup (100g) blanched almond flour
⅓ cup (35g) coconut flour
1 ½ teaspoons (6g) baking powder
½ teaspoon (2g) xanthan gum
¼ teaspoon (1g) salt
1 cup (125g) chopped walnuts
1 cup (175g) unsweetened chocolate chips (I used Lily’s chocolate chips)

Made these the other night with few changes - I cut your recipe in half and used about 1/8 ground pistachios and another table spoon sprinkled atop. I used 1.5 cups of erythritol, as well. I didn’t have sugar free chocolate chips on hand neither so I just used my cheese grater on my bakers bar - 100% cocoa. I used just half of 1 block. I put half in the mix and the other half atop. The cookie bars were delicious. Me and my husband (he doesn’t Keto) both enjoyed them. Can’t wait to try your recipe for the chocolate and cream mousse cake in the 3x3 pans. I just received my 3x3 in the mail after watching your videos.

This recipe is amazing. I used 1/2 cup of granulated swerve and 1 cup of Truvia brown sugar. Incredible. Also added banana extract to this recipe and it tastes like banana walnut bread. Thank you for your amazing keto recipes!!!

Hola all. I just baked these tonight. Another fantastic desert. The bars came out soft and moist. I wish I could share the photos. One question. How do I keep? Refrigerator????
