Lately the only way to calm my anxiety is to hide under my weighted blanket, meditate and be a vegetable!

Wim Hof always works for me, but it's not quick. The breathing method I use other than the ones you described is 6 seconds inhaled through belly only and exhale 6 seconds out of belly. Rhythmic with no pause.
