Do you have stock front/rear sway bars. Did you upgrade your front/rear end links when you lowered the car on coil overs?

Didn’t you just extend your spring instead of lowering your shock? What was the gola here i just see you messing up your preload and it didn’t change a thing for height

My bmw e90 comes low but has not been lowered. How do I get it back up again keeps scraping over most humps so annoying
