It is rare to get into a physical fight, but we are all barraged by negative thoughts and emotions 24/7.

The Mental Martial Arts series is about mind training and how what we think affects what we become.

While it is easy to attack and box-in people who are different from us or our beliefs, it is almost always guaranteed to create tribalism and separation (i.e. fear); to the point of hatred and self-destruction.

Sensei Todd Ryotoshi Norcross

Comfortable safety blankets within a self made imaginative based fantasy. No can live up to your pre determined fantasized expectations. I've found extreme hardship teaching Ninjutsu so personally I've resorted back to my easier foundation's of 1975 Karate. Ninjutsu became my breath at 79 however it was military based. Not alot of childhood room. If something is over 15 seconds then attention is diverted. You are the saving source of your way. Your wisdom is what the world needs. White clothing lasts how long working in a coal mine? I personally have not been beaten down worldy only changed vision of a war. First and foremost i root and fight for the underdog. I choose a weakness within a structure to build it's foundation. To give it strength. Our Shinobi ways are just that. Peace or wartime. There's no differences within a warrior. SALUTE
