Making these with a slight edit. Adding a bit of my simple inspired dark chocolate peanut butter fudge for a bit of added ooph. I chopped up one fudge chunk into bits and mixed it into this batter. Yum. The first cookies are baking now. Can’t wait.

I make these using light brown sugar. I also add 1 tsp of baking soda, then I add broken chunks of Reese's Peanut Butter Cup in the dough, but I don't press with the fork, I just let them puff up to perfection. Try them like that, and let me know what you think. This is my favorite cookie of time. There goes my diet, you just inspired me to go and make these=). Love your videos, thanks=))).
