Summary:
1. Start counting numbers from 100 and go back (even order / odd order e.g 100, 98, 96, 94 .. or 99, 97, 95, 93 .. )
2. Leave that place for about 20 minutes
3. Sit and inhale and exhale with longer breaths.
4. Eat banana when you feel anxiety.
5. Check your vit D3 levels (low vit D3 levels can lead to anxiety)
6. Magnesium glycine 400-600mg before sleeping OR
Eat vegetables
7. Ayurveda (Ashwagandha) 700-800gm empty stomach 2 times a day
8. Manasamitra vati 1-2 tablets empty stomach
9. Exercise
10. SEEKING HELP IS NOT A SIGN OF WEAKNESS so seek help from others.

If you are not able to sleep at night, sleep from 4am to 9am . This helped me to cure the anxiety fast.

Meditate using meditation music (mixed of water flow music) only for 10 min

Trust me it works 100%. Its my experience

I found focusing and gazing on nose tip for few minutes very useful in inculcating quick relaxation and avert anxiety. It is in fact a yoga meditation.

Thank you Doctor for the usefull information, I am suffering from anxiety, sometime I will be normal sometime will be nervous for no reason all of sudden. I concluded it might be anxiety issue but can you even please say the anxiety symptoms.

Thank u for the videos..iam female 56yrs. I have tried meditation..yoga..not missed even one day..I have depression and Anxiety..spondylitis.. using anti depression.. vitamins. HRT FOR MENAPOUSAL SYMPTOMS..TMS...GYM..HEALTHY DIET ..All these I have tried but didnot benefit..my vit D is 22 now iam using vit D3 capsules.i did neurofeedback but unfortunetly.. I thing challenging the thoughts or writing CBT will not work if u have chemical inbalance..plus genetic. I took inj vitamin b..but same..all my body aches.pls advice.
