It's certainly not fast now but the main problem was that I couldn't keep it consistently connected it was so bad, the winsock reset seems to have helped in that regard (at least for now) so thanks for the video

Did all that and it did not get better for me. I currently get 15Mbps on my pc and 290Mbps on my laptop using home wifi.

my internet i is fine 75% of the time but then will slow down to nothing bringing the entire system to a standstill, this will last 10mins to several hours, since it is sporadic I dont believe it is a matter of settings being wrong.
