i have this cpu cooler and bloody awesome id say as far as keeping things cool. iv just bought a new one for a new build as bought a new thermaltake p3 open case. so i just spent on a 4x 8gig ballistic tracer ram . funny enough it fits under the zalman.. iv got the xpredator and an 8350 fx amd, also an 8gig xfx gpu. great for gaming, iv just bought thermaltake riing140 pack for my new build aswell. iv just got to order some extensions for the power to motherboard in a nice colour scheme then im ready to take my pc apart and put the board cpu and hard drive in the new one, oh iv also got 200mm fan at the front and top 4x 140mm on the side and a 180 at t he rear, top front side in blue and rear in red, im getting on tick over core cpu 8;8c and my gpu at 27c on load cpu will rise to 48/50 max and level off at 39ish and gpu 42ish leveled . i think this is awesome cooling and amd was surprised when i spoke to them too.. hard drives iv got are 3tbx2 and a 2tb only thing i cant see that i can fit is the dvd writer cant see where that would go on the p3 any idea?

Gorgeous machine! I'm using that same cooler on a micro atx build. I'm a little worried about ram clearance. You really had no problems with that corsair? If it comes to it, I plan on grinding some of the fins to make a little more space.
