Every tech YouTuber just unanimously decided to promote the LTT screwdriver.

You never need pliers until you REALLY need pliers

I was happy with my pc build until it came to cable management at the back... 10 fans with rgb cables, 3 hubs, y cables... Yey...

As someone who uses zip ties often at work, I recommend using flush cutters and not diagonal cutters. They just leave a shorter cut.

Just a tip but flush cuts are a lot better for zip ties because they leave no sharp Edges and look better in my opinion. Knipex makes a really good pair

A “cross head screwdriver”? That sums up this guys whole existence with 1 statement lol

If you're doing a lot of zipties, consider a specialty tool or one of these tiny snips with a return spring.
Really makes the work more palatable.

I use a magnet on a stick too as part of my tool kit. Makes getting them dropped screws 10X easier.

zach looking through some old vids and i saw the old intro bring it back

Switch those diagonals for some flush cuts. The diagonals leave a sharp bur on the zip ties which could be a liability if your customer is trying to upgrade

a cross head screw driver is insane 😭😭😭 how does this guy not know what a Phillips head is

edit: i didn’t know that that’s not what everyone called it i just figured so since i’ve never heard someone call it that

As someone who’s worked with a lot of wire harnesses you might want to look at a zip tie gun instead of cutters if you use them a lot. They are adjustable to different tension settings so you don’t over-tighten and always cut flush so you don’t have a sharp tag on your zip tie that could damage surrounding components. 👍

I like the part where he says what the pliers were for

Scrap the diagonal cutters and get some "flush cuts" or micro flush cutters. They're way better at the job and not nearly as large or unwieldy. I use them in low voltage installation work and for pc builds.

As an Indian, you don't need more than a knife. We use the knife to unbox the components AND it doubles as a screwdriver

Okay. Protein shake for building pcs, but do you "switch over" to an energy drink when gaming?

All of those tools make sense to me for PC building. And I rarely build PCs (last system I got it built for me, previous was a build of love).
