Thank you for this video! I wish all of my repair customers could watch this first, it's much harder for me to explain it all to them on the phones! Your visuals are very helpful and your repair techniques are exactly how we walk them through it on the phones here at repair! Great job and keep up the good work! Xfinity customers, if you did this BEFORE you wait on hold to talk to me at repair, you could fix your own TV repairs 95% of the time because this is exactly what I have you do prior to sending you a signal!

wow it worked. Xfinity troubleshooting couldn't fix it and scheduled someone to come out and look at the TV. crazy. thanks.

Thank you very vert very much. TV went to no signal. Called Comcast 4 times and the computer hung up on me. We went to you tube to fix a washer code in the past. I found you for the no signal problem. It worked. Thank you.

Thank you for this. Unplugging power and replugging did the trick. It was Christmas Day and I didn't want to try calling Xfinity, so you really saved me. :)

Just wanted to say, I did everything you said, but still “no signal-cable box”. But I did want to say thank you for this video. I’m sure many people have had success. Obviously I have to keep digging….we had a huge T-storm here but both of my other boxes are working….all except my DVR box. So, onward I go. But again, thanks.

Thank you so much. I connect network like 20times. After so much frustration I decided to find a way on YouTube and I saw your video. I discomnect and plug in those hdmi and power cable and it worked. Thank you so much. U cannot believe how pissed I was. I m better now. .🙏 Big Thank you . 🙏

This worked for me. If I remember correctly, the customer support person only mentioned that I try unplugging the HDMI from the TV side which didn't work; but when I followed the advise here and unplugged the HDMI cable from both the TV and the Cable box and plugged them back in that worked. Thanks a bunch :-)
