No Channel | No Signal Error

I'm very disapointed with OPEN VIEW. Every single time that starts raining, just a little bit or a little of wind, we loose Open View - NO CHANNEL OR NO SIGNAL. In the mean time my neighbour that doesn't use this useless programme never has these problems. It's for FREE but the distress you get from it doesn't come free. It's your health after all that suffer with these constant problem. Be honest, because its for the poor you don't CARE.😞😞

Works for 2 to 3 days then no signal no quality for a week, then starts working again, unpredictable rubbish

We never had such problems with old style aerials

It only lasted 3 to 4 months after i purchased it & had an installer install channels now i have to pay again

& It costed R700 to purchase + 300 for an installer

Why there had to b an installer why cant we fix this ourselves really ?
