Mines was doing this exact thing here’s how I fix it. Unplug your tv from the wall and your Xbox. Let it sit for two minutes. Plug it back in and it should reset everything 👌🏿💯

Welp it’s not the hardware because i tested it on on my other tv and it works fine so is it a certain setting I have to go to to fix this?

This ain’t help at all but I did find a lil grey button you can press on it’s really little above the hdmis, press it once and it should reset your hdmi like mine
