Thanks for the great recipe! I made mine last week, froze em, and cooked them up last night for the fam. BIG HIT. I let them defrost an hour out of the pans. On my Green Mountain pellet grill set at 285, mine took 2.5 hours to get to 165 degrees inside. I smoked them on a mesh cooling rack set in a cookie sheet and was amazed at how little juices were lost. Thanks again K!!

Man, I started following you two weeks ago and since then have tried two of your recipes...Whiskey Marinade Ribeyes and Smoked Meatloaf. They are, hands down, two of the best dishes I have EVER prepared! Dude, I’m hooked! Keep ‘em coming!

Cooked this Meatloaf today! My goodness. Best meatloaf I have ever had!!! Smoked at 225 degrees and took three hours to get to 165 degrees. Family members who do not eat meat killed this meatloaf. Never used Dirty Bird before…..it maybe my new go too.

Just gotta throw this out there. I made this recipe yesterday. Followed it to the letter, bought the BBQ sauce and rub. This turned out amazing. Everyone over ate and the first words out of my wife’s mouth this morning were “that meatloaf was amazing”. Thank you very much.

Tried this meatloaf about a week ago and loved it! This weekend I switched it up a bit. No sausage all beef, added diced jalapenos, cayenne pepper, fresh ground smoked ghost pepper, and some slap ya mama hot seasoning. I put it on the Traeger at 275 for about two hours turning them over about half way. After about two hours with meat at 165 I turned it down to 250 and put some devil's spit bbq sauce and let it tighten up for 20 minutes and it's spicy awesome meatloaf! Today's sandwich will be awesome too! Keep the recipes coming, your channel is great! Looking forward to getting some of your rubs!

Absolutely amazing meatloaf, I’ve made it a couple times. I did a little twist on it, and use stove top stuffing for the breading.

Dude.. You were so right! I saw the title and said to myself.. "Yeahhh.. right.. best of all time?? Pfft." So I said okay.. I'm game.. it's on! I must say I'm somewhat of a connoisseur of meatloaf. A favorite my entire life. And I must say.. you proved yourself, brother! I followed your recipe and technique pretty much to a tee and wow. Best damn meatloaf I've ever had! Bravo.

I have three of these bad boys in the freezer now. Going to bust them out in a bit let them thaw a bit, wrap them in some mustard loving, sprinkle some magic dust on them and send em on to the heat. First time trying this recipe and Im sure it’s going to be a winner. Thanks for the creativity and humor! Will post back after we eat!

Made it yesterday on the smoker, only changes was added fresh garlic and serrano pepper when cooking the onion in the bacon grease and used crushed cheese-its instead of breadcrumbs. Also added some hatch green chillies. Formed one huge 3 lb loaf and smoked almost 3 hours at about 250-270 on the smoker using Mesquite. I also layered in Muenster & Provolone cheese in the middle. Delicious

This is legit the best meatloaf I have ever eaten. I put it on the Traeger at 300 degrees F. for just under 90 minutes. Thank you Kosmos, I created an account just to say how good this was.

That's definitely NOT MY MAMA'S MEATLOAF 😉 !!! Now that's the way meatloaf should be. Great tips to mold and freeze and smoke mostly frozen. Nicely Done. Thanks for sharing.

I have watched this about 5 times and it makes my mouth water every time. I was going to make meatloaf on the grill today but it is too damned cold outside today, besides I am waiting for my Dirty Bird to show
