That is right. "For Example" is really much used for people who is join in the ILETS testing. I took it into my speaking or another words to examplify, sometimes I mean...

Just because some candidates ramble on doesn't mean that we shouldn't use "for example". It is, even, not about this "for example" but more about those who keep rambling. It sounds strange and improper to say "Don't say "for example" in Speaking".
