How To Do Effortless Body Feints 🏃♂️🧬
Mitoma is a great example of someone who has mastered the body feint. Every time he does it, he's able to beat the defender, and the reason for that is "constant repetition."
We know that Mitoma spends a large part of his training doing skills like the body feint and working hard at mastering them.
Only through hours of training was he able to get to where he is now.
Will share with you some of the best ways you can practice the body feint so you can do it in the game effortlessly:
1. Freestyle Dribbling
If you want to practice the move directly on a pitch this is your best bet. Practice using this in as many imaginary scenarios as possible. Get completely used to the movement that way once you are in a game you'll know instinctively what to do.
2. How To
If for some reason you don't actually know how to do a body feint, basically you want to run at a defender and, as you are getting close to him, move your body one way as if you are about to run with the ball, and as the defender shifts his momentum, you slide the ball to the other side and burst forward with speed.
Think about the 10,000 rule, which is key to mastery of the body feint. Essentially, what it means is practicing in the correct way for at least 10,000 hours.
You could even record how you look before you start the challenge and then how you look after it.
You can even dim it down to something like 1000 reps. This way, you aren't spending all your time on one move.
