Are you someone who performs remodeling, painting, or DIY projects? Do you find yourself needing to finish flat seams as part of a repair job? With a LEVEL5 Compound Roller, Skimming Blade, and Radial Pole Sander, you can now finish flat taped drywall seams more efficiently than ever before!

Here are the three easy steps:

Step 1: ROLL - Thin out the compound until it has a light, smooth consistency (think of "thick Greek yogurt"). Then roll the finishing compound onto the wall using the LEVEL5 roller directly from the bucket. The 9" roller fits inside a standard 5-gal bucket.

Step 2: SKIM - Use the LEVEL5 joint knife to feather the two outside edges of the compound and then smooth it out with the skimming blade. One or two passes should be enough to achieve a perfect finish.

Step 3: SAND - Let the compound dry and then use the LEVEL5 Radial Pole Sander to sand it lightly, removing any imperfections. Once done, you are ready to apply primer and paint.

I did my first pass but...I got a lot of small horizontal lines. What did I do wrong? I may not have used enough mud? Not sure. Any advice would be appreciated! Doing a hallway ceiling. L shaped. Thanks!

WHY DO YOU GUYS SAND???? 47 years doing drywall never sanded anything. Maybe residue off a bullnose corner bead but other than that...nope
