Lol my room has never been clean, but I'm almost crazy with sanitation when I put my contact lenses in.

It's a pretty good average rule of thumb though.

I heard vitamin C could reduce scarring in the eye, if you have it from things like abrasion, etc

I'm a former smoker and after listening to Dr. Berg was ready to run out and get some Vit. A for my cataracts and floaters to see if it helps. Thank you for mentioning Vit. A being a cancer risk for former and current smokers. I will not supplement with it now.

I had a botched lower eye surgery, where he actually cut the outter corners of my eyes, plus he did an unconcented upper bleph, since surgery, I have been going through severe dry eye disease, it's debilitating!
I have not left my home in 2 years, I have had lipiflow, but its not working, should I get another treatment? Plus I now have to go to to a reconstructive oculoplastic surgeon, because my eyes don't close at night, so I'm taping them closed.... its soo bad, I actually thought of ending things..but I'm a Christian so I can't, but I have no life, , ,

You did a great job on the Q&A style video. Question: Do you have any advice for the nomad community about getting eye care, eye care products, and prescription items like glasses & contacts? Another way to look at it is how can you get eye care on the road? Nomads are usually traveling a lot in their RV's (Seasonal or Full-time) and may or may not have a home base that they occasionally spend time at.

You may want to make a video showing what people with different degrees of nearsightedness, farsightness, astingmatism, etc. see compared to a normal person. A video about equipment you use and what it does---I'd be interested in what it costs also. Any general advice about seeing a doctor who works alone or see one of several doctors that work together in same practice (maybe more doctors means better equipment or equipment too expensive for a single doctor shop). Do doctors still use ultraviolet light---in 1969 or so I got a piece of sand in my eye in a cave and didn't realize it---doctor used ultraviolet light to check for damage (had a tiny little crater, wore eyepatch for a little while and healed up fine). Give tips and hints about how to avoid common eye injuries, etc. Put a pointer on each page to an index of all your videos---number them so other eye care professionals can tell their clients go to this web page and watch, for example, videos 5, 6, and 17.

I used to use a 4K 39" diagonal computer monitor 22 inches away. I put a music keyboard in front of the monitor and now use a 4K 55" monitor 33 inches away. Should people get new computer glasses lenses if distance to the screen changes that much? I use fonts around 1.2 times as big on the new monitor, use the computer 9 hours a day, and don't get headaches, eye strain, etc.

Not to be dramatic; but I always felt my eyesight get better with more Vitamin C added in my diet. Maybe I'm a weird case; but that's what I experienced. 🤷🏻‍♀️
