I had a really funny older man tell me “I drank orange juice everyday since I was 20 and never got sick once! I mean sure, I got diabetes from all the sugar, but not one cold!”

Why are they always say discuss with your doctor? Have you ever tried to ask your doctor about vitamins? They look at you like your leprechaun or something. Lol 😂

I've been taking vitamin C, with Rose Hips, for about 42 years. I take approx. 500 mgs per day, and am also a vegetarian. What I've noticed, is that I'm very young looking. I'm 65, I think I look like about 50 or so. I have no wrinkles on my face either.

I am 82 years old. Many years about 20 I use as my first meal combination of apple carrot and orange or grapefruit. I broke my arm in December of 2019. Last year I take at least 2 or 3 big spoon of lemon juice every day. My recovery surprised my doctor.

Here in México, In 2020, the year of the pandemic, I started to take vitamin C daily, about 2 or 3 grams a day, and I never got sick, even though a friend of mine with whom I had been living got sick of covid. I also did a lot of exercise.

This guy is too afraid to say c handles viruses. Including the one he stated in the beginning. As soon as I got sick with it I took 4000mg every 15 minutes for an hour. Then 4000mg every hour. Completely relieved all symptoms

just a personal assumption:
The inside of the rosehip fruit is hairy.
Inside the small intestines are fine hairs that are vital for nutrient absorption.
Do you know of any other plant that has feathers in it?
Rosehip can be an excellent food for the small intestines.
The small intestine is responsible for the absorption of vitamins.
Rosehip is a high source of vitamin C.
Rosehip can improve the vitamin absorption of the small intestine.
