🥗Ingredients:
Whole wheat pasta 50g
Butter 1 tsp
Garlic 5 cloves diced
Onion 1 small (petal cut)
Red, yellow and green peppers 1/4th each
Corn 15g
Broccoli 1 spear
Salt and black pepper to taste
Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp

🫙For the white sauce:
Low fat paneer 110g (I’m using farm connect)
Skimmed milk 100ml
Soaked cashew 10g (dry weight)
Greek yogurt 1 tbsp
Garlic 5 cloves

🍝Recipe:
- Add whole wheat pasta to boiling water with 1/2 tsp salt and cook for 7-8 minutes and strain.
- Sauté diced garlic in butter and add onions. Cook for 2-3 mins
- Add the rest of the veggies and season with salt and Italian seasoning. Cook for 4-5 mins. Leave a little crunch to the veggies.
- Blend the ingredients for the white sauce and add to the pan. Season with black pepper, chilli flakes and oregano.
- Add some pasta water to adjust consistency and let the sauce simmer.
- Add pasta and mix.
- Add olives for topping.

Bhai mai 103 se 87 pe aa gya but mai protein powder leta hoon to nausea feel hota ye bta do bro ki kab kab loon protein powder during workout ya post ya pre aur haan creatine usme mila ke le sakta ;¿

Bhaiya I am 17 years old, 75 Kgs, 5`4 in height... Trying to do weightloss. I`m eating 1600-1700 calories daily from few days and doing 30-40 mins of exercise and able to burn 400-500 calories every day. My everyday`s calories deficit is 600-900 calories.
I have some questions pls reply:
1. Will i able to manage 4-5 Kgs in 2 weeks?
2. Is this healthy Weight loss?
3. I eat 80-120 grams of soyabean everyday with some green vegetables sabzi, and doing 30 dumbbells (2 sets), will i able to gain some biceps during my weight loss?

It take 10 grams of Maida to make white sauce for one person why to replace that ..uh could simply add paneer in pasta also .too much of work
