I started my own quick commerce business in Brazil and in the first few months I would myself do many of the deliveries, definitely something that didn’t scale.

Oh dear, far too many people complain about the dreadful customer support at Coinbase, not to mention their extremely high fees compared to Binance, FTX et al.
