Great video, love you energy. There is a time in my life where I would have just turned to overeating and obsessing on food or bingeing on netflix, but I have actually found lots to do during this time. I think a huge difference for me is that today I am connected to a sense of purpose, creative expression and passion, and all of that has given me endless ideas and inspiration.
