The guy with the beard being interviewed in the documentary is a actor. You can see him doing other roles. Had me curious being on Discovery Channel, but it's fake unfortunately.

Mermaids could exist it's scientifically possible and what's to say that mermaids haven't figured out a way to hunt underwater and different resources to make their weapons out of to allow them to fish like that mermaids could quite possibly be a race of humans that evolved not to live on the land but to live in the deep oceans they could possibly even be built to live deeper in the oceans then we have been able to explore

I believe in physics. One can not shoot a spear that fast in that depths of water unless one has a tool to create the momentum to do so

I watched this when I was 10 and I was just so interested in it that I watched both of the documentaries and I am convinced mermaids are real

Those old fisherman with their collections of spears recovered from fresh caught marine life like tuna, sharks, etc.. along with the somber scientists video from their deep diving bathesphere windows and archeological cave drawings sure makes one wonder...
