churro recipe - 1 cup water (240ml)
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter (28g)
- 2 tablespoon sugar (13g)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Medium heat
After boiling turn the heat down

- 1 cup all-purpose flour (120g)
Stir immediately
When its smooth and pulls away from the pan its done
Bring pan to towel or surface. And press down

Let it cool for 5 minutes

- 1 large egg (50g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix
The mixture will separate at first but keep mixing.
It will come together soon.

This step will take a few minutes but when the dough is done.

It will be smooth and will pull away from your pot and spatula
2 piping bags and a star tip
Use 2 layers of piping bag because the dough is thick
5 inch strips on nonstick pan tray
Cut ends with sciccors
- Vegetable oil for frying
Heat oil to 350F
Use thermometer to check the temp
Drop churros
Each churro will fry for 5 minutes
Turn the churros half way
The color will be gold when done.
Dry one towel for a few seconds


Cinnamon Sugar:
- 1/2 cup sugar (100g)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Role each in tray or tubwear of sugar.

Chocolate Dipping Sauce:
- 3 oz bittersweet chocolate (85g) in bowl
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (120g)
Dont let it boil

Add cream in bowl and mix until sauce like. Then serve

I convince an entire high school of people I was colorblind, I was tested by classmates and maintained that lie so efficiently I still get asked about it from old acquaintances and have to come clean cause I don’t allow myself to lie like that anymore
