Good OHP bro. I noticed you take your breath after you un rack the bar. Is that intentional? If you want to hit the max amount of weight you'd wanna take your breath before unracking

Hey Micha I have a question as Im trying to gain some weight (hopefully mostly muscle) but I also want to get my planche, so Im scared to train my planche as I feel like gaining any extra weight will counter all my planche progress and Ill just be in a plateau for a while and just get frustrated. Hope you get to see this. Thanks.

was ist deiner erfahrung nach die übung die dir am meisten beim OHP geholfen hat? weighted dips? kettlebells? ich plateuae einfach bei 60kg

On the barbell overhead press, is it necessary that the barbell to toutch the collar bone/upper chest region or it is ok to stay at the neck level?
