I was a happy owner of this SG 4/4 Steam Cleaner. I thought I did the maintenance as shown here. My happiness lasted about 1 year until, I started getting issues. Now the steamer is under service and I have a bill of $300 with a list of issues to be fixed including the board! Was this by intelligent design? I don't think this qualifies to be in the professional class!
