You should add B12 deficiency, with cracks and splits in the corners of your lips. That’s common sign that most people don’t know.

Good information about Nutrient, but i want to say something Vitamins and minerals have no calories. All vitamins and minerals can be found in foods. If your diet has too little of a vitamin or mineral over a long period of time, you will develop a deficiency.
