I too am a co-wife Alhamdulillah. I am married to a Bosnian Islamic scholar and yes it is definitely true that we as women are not the only women that are attracted to our husband.
Many women have complimented my husband and the way that he takes care of his wives and children.

It's normal..

It stays normal until it reaches a certain point. We must be aware that in Islam a man is allowed to have up to four women and as long as it is halal and done in a halal fashion, then there is no room for accusations.

It's not "stalking"

Its marital interest. There is a difference..

When someone is interested in your husband but has I'll intention, or isn't suitable for marriage in no way shape or form because she is already married or is single but not wanting to participate in holy matrimony but still wants to engage in something that is not lawful, that's when we are able to say that that person is actually stalking and is present with I'll intentions.
But if a woman shows interest and is capable of marriage because she herself is not married and actually has the characteristics and traits that the husband cherishes and finds attractive then that is destiny not stalking because the Lord of the
Worlds has made their paths meet and it has been destined for them to meet each other and marry.

I am in polygamy marriage too and my Muslim sisters shouldn’t be stalking/chasing other sisters husbands because by nature women are meant to be chased/admired and not the other way around 😅. It can cause a lot of stress for the first wife too. Allah SWT commanded Both men and women to lower their gaze and not to mix with opposite gender that are non-mahram.
