Use Rooting Hormone in Water to Quickly Root Plants

I got the same exact type of rooting hormone from the hardware store near where I live and it works very good! I put it in an ivy cutting and it already started roots within 2 days!

Thank you for the tip!!! I’ve also been wondering if I can add the rooting hormone into the water of my water cuttings to help the process for stubborn cuttings. For example I know that mint is supposed to be easy as I’ve rooted it even unintentionally in a humid cup with shallow water that I forgot to put away in the fridge but the mint that I have this year doesn’t want to root.

I have a Meyer lemon tree. It did well for a couple of years, producing a lot of lemons.
But when I moved it into the house this year it died back dropped all leaves and fruit. Decided to transplant. There was only a small clump of roots left. Can I use this to stimulate the roots and get it to grow again
