Field trips could be really dangerous for carefree school students. Mostly, they are really young kids and they can wander off from their school teachers unnoticed. There are many predators outside of school and those kids can be in a real danger when they are separated from their classmates. Kidnapping or abduction in those kind of situation is a great possibility. If you were on a field trip back when you were in high school or middle school and you had a situation like that, I bet you know how scared the teachers were and that it was a serious thing for everyone. That second story... ugh. I found the dad’s reaction of having the will to still work but not the concentration being the his track of mind while his daughter was lost and then not answering his phone just to avoid getting pulled over whilst in a situation of life/death concerning his daughter to be quite disturbing.

That kids brain story literally pissed me off and I’m glad the parents didn’t get a dime. Such bullshit to be upset about a situation you literally put YOURSELF in. It’s not like the state forced these friends of some random donor kids to go see his brain on display. What a crock

I'm horrified the parents of the first story knowingly allowed their children to go to a coroner's office full of organs and dead human tissue for education and inspiration for a career (a meaningful reason). But now the parents of the dead child is suing because their legally donated child's brain was in a normal place like the coroner? It wasn't in an art exhibit or freak show. And the story teller says "rightfully so" to the lawsuit? What kind of effed up world is this? It was quite simply a tragedy. You cant... or shouldn't... get to sue for that. No one did anything wrong. Just disgraceful.

If you're going to sue, sue the school for taking them there but first sue each other for permitting it.

That first fieldtrip story was a load of crap lmao. How was a little kid “an organ donor”? Or was he over 16 or 18 and had his license ? And also, why the fuck would the parents be upset and why would they “rightfully” be able to “sue” ??? Do they not understand how this shit works? Lmao it’s not like someone cruelty planted the brain there for them. It was a crappy coincidence .. that’s all

Great video as always 👍 The first story shows how ignorant people can be. The guy who passed was an organ donor, of course, the state could use his organs for transplant or medical research. The school and the coroner's staff did warn the students many times about how graphic the displays could be, and their parents had signed their permission to allow their kids to visit the coroner's. I think if such an incident had happened in my country, the judge would dismiss the case because there is no basis for a legal case anyway.

I myself almost went down rapids. We were trying to dock. We were using a canoe. I was sitting in the front. My cousin got of. I almost drifted into the rapids. Even if I had jumped off if he didn’t catch the canoe. Current would’ve been too strong for me to swim to shore. We saved a canoe of someone tipping over. Luckily they only fell off at the end. Inexperienced at the time. I was 14. Was pretty tall. People thought I was 18 cause I was smoking cigarettes
