The house always has an advantage. I've been gambling for 50 years. The only way to win is to have the balls to press when you win. Scared money never wins. Set a $$$ win target AND a $$$ lose target, remember this plan is a segment not a ray. You must have two exits on the line. When you hit ethier one of those leave the casino like it's on fire. If you don't have the self disipline to set two firm exits, Do Not set foot in a Casino, find something else to do.

I use a Semi-Martingale where you only double your bets up to three losing hands and start back at your base unit after third losing hand. If you win somewhere in between you stop doubling. I throw a little intuition in there too and its worked out very well for me.

I’m gonna advise you all that these double you bet systems are dangerous unless you have unlimited money or are playing with units super low compared to your finances. For example. I’ve lost 6-7 hands in a row too many times to count in single sittings. Let alone in my life. Do the math on that betting $100 per hand. 6-7 hands your kid is not going to college anymore and you’re in rehab.

for anyone doing any of these strats, a good rule of thumb is to only do this till you make 10-15% profit off your total balance. then either get out or reset the bet strategy. remember you will lose eventually, it's better to take a little profit if your bets are starting to get massive and reset your strategy.

Any betting systems will lose you money in the long run since the house has an advantage between 0.5% to 3% depending on the rules (assuming perfect strategy is used). There's ONLY ONE way to have positive expectation in blackjack and it's playing perfect strategy with card counting.

My best advice for Martingale is A. play with a budget that accounts for losing as many hands in a row as possible based on your bet units and B. Quit while your ahead if your double your starting budget get out of there come back another time the problem is while probability is in your favor and it’s hard to lose 5 hands in a row the longer you play the more chances you have at hitting that percentage where you will finally lose those 5 hands in a row

One important thing to note is that while some betting systems may be more fun to play than others, none of them will help you overcome the house edge or let you win in the long run. You can play blackjack if you think it would be fun, but do not get your expectations too high in terms of how much money you will win.

None of these system do anything to give you any sort of edge, all that happens with these kinds of progression systems is instead of losing your money to the house edge gradually, wins and losses will swing up and down more wildly (because bigger bets) until you hit a loss streak long enough that you can't afford to pay for the sequence, and tricking your brain into not realizing how much you're losing until that moment so that you give the casino even more money in the end. Although I will tell you there is actually 1 way these strategies would have a chance at working, if you have more money than the casino and no bet limit then there's a chance they bankrupt first technically.

TLDR: The only point is to convince you to make bigger bets so the casino gets paid more out of their house edge.

I get too many losing streaks of 10, 12 and sometimes 14 hands, to make any betting system safe.

What I came up with that seems to be working pretty well is I start at the minimum bet. When I win, I stay at the minimum. I continue to bet the minimum until I've built a fair profit.
(Say i start with $100 with a $5 min. My goal is to slowly build up to $150ish Once there, I'll bump up to $10-15 bets. If I lose and start to get close to my starting amount I drop back to min. But if I win up to $200ish I start betting $20-25. If i reach $300ish, I'll bet $30 -45 and so on and so on.

My best advice is to play one of these systems and as soon as you profit lets say 1.5 or 2 your inicial bet. Take the winnings and resume later but always stay with your initial bet

It's hard to win 3 hands in a row in BJ. But it is easy to lose 6 or 7 in a row.

Bet more if you think you're lucky, bet less if not. Then get out if already lose the money intended to play. If you double your money much better and get out.

only series that is proven to work is using a program finding yur bank roll, using a 1-8 or 1-12 system, and having perfect basic strategy with counting cards. literally no other system will work

At the Sahara with a Continuous Shuffle Machine I lost 32 hands in a row. The 3 girls to my right won nearly every hand. I only stayed to see how many hands I could loose at $5 per hand. I finally got up and walked away when I never won and can safely say that on a CSM there are clumps of cards so you need to leave if you get in a bad clump.
