Quick question for clarification when you said 1 pack of 5" charm pack your pack had 48 in it right? I have multiple packs that have 21 5" squares in it

I love this creative and fresh look. So, here I would like to know how many packages of 5" squares I would need when I want a queen size quilt. I still have problems with calculating in inches and centimeters. A queen size I would think is about 140cm by 200cm. So it is here in Germany. Don't know about what measures queen and king size have in the US. Thanks for your help in advantage!
