I really appreciate your guidance and have learned a lot from you, sir. However, there's an issue I’d like to bring to your attention that many of us are experiencing: customer satisfaction. The process of purchasing property is smooth, but the timing for allocation and documentation is quite poor. As a client of your company, I’d like to know how long it should typically take for the land to be allocated and documented, because it doesn’t seem reasonable for it to take up to four years for a land purchase to be allocated.

You might not be fully aware of this, but the service I received from your company, especially the Asaba branch, has been disappointing. When you try to raise concerns, they simply direct you to the Lagos branch, as though the land was purchased from the head office there. If my case cannot be resolved in Asaba, where I made the payment, then what’s the purpose of having branches in other states?

I believe customer satisfaction should be the top priority, as it encourages people to buy more from you
